Video Help- When I download the video, why doesn't it play?
Answer: The video is in a format that plays on a webpage. The video extension is .FLV and so you need a player that can play that extension.
Solution 1: Browse the internet for an "flv player", download, and install.
Solution 2: VLC Media Player is a great choice for a mutli extension video and audio player. Visit http://www.videolan.org/
or download directly from my server. HERE.
- How do I play the video on my DVD Player?
Answer: You can not play an FLV file on a DVD Player. So, you must convert the video to a format that will work on a DVD Player.
Solution 1: Browse the internet for an "FLV to DVD converter", download, and install.
Solution 2: Most DVD Player's support DivX. So, browse the internet for a "DivX to DVD converter", download, and install.
NOTE: Every DVD Player is different. Some may play and others may not. The best solution is to experiment, or play the video on the computer.
- Why does the video have a "humming" in the background?
Answer: The "humming" is from the original recording of the video recorder.
Solution 1: Unfortunately, there is no solution. However, the issue is under investigation and I hope to have it resolved in the near future.
- Why is the video image so "grainy", especially in fullscreen mode?
Answer: The video is set for optimal speed and use, rather than quality.
Solution 1: Try to watch the video with the smaller view.
NOTE: There are no future plans to increase the quality.
